Tagline Needed:change Management Consulting

Posted by Harriett.Porter on 250 Points
I am interested in adding a tagline to our logo to try to 'hook' decision makers and influencers within organizations so that ChangeSource LLC is top 'of mind when Change Management consulting or staff augmentation needs arise. Often we will supplement the work of a project manager on large initiatives.

Following is a list of words and phrases that come to mind as a starting point.

Agility (enterprise, individual)
Worldclass
Global
International
Strategic change
Facilitate
Innovation
Initiatives
Integrating
Maximizing
Embracing
Leveraging
Leader
Art and Science
Expedite
Reduce barriers
Reduce resistance
Drive/Support/Facilitate strategic change/transformation
Optimizing

Generally, directors, VP's and C-suite leaders are the individuals I meet with to 'sell' our services. We offer solutions in three areas:

Executive Coaching and Leadership Development (around Change Management).

Staffing/staff augmentation (short and long-tern)

Hands on Change Management services (using best of breed tools and a proprietary methodology).

Work is done at at all levels with all employees. Solutions vary by audience and business need.

We've also done some Center of Excellence development in this area.

I'd like to be a bit innovative in targeting the up and coming organizational changes. It would be nice if we could be a tiny bit 'edgy'.

thanks.

A tagline alone won't "hook" anyone. At best, it'll clearly articulate a key benefit that sets you apart from the competition.

    So, a few more questions:
    - where are you located?
    - what types of businesses do you serve (region, niche, size, etc.)?
    - why should someone choose you?
    - who have been your best customers to-date?
    - do you have proof showcasing your services work?
