Need A Slogan To Go With A Logo

I would love if someone can help me come up with a slogan for a political campaign. The name is "UP" (union for Progress), it could be a theme/ slogan / tag line

    Can you tell us more about the campaign:

    - where is is located?
    - who are you trying to attract?
    - why should they care about your message?
    - why should they trust your message?

    Sorry for not being more specific on the slogan question.
    It is for a political campaign in the caribbean. It is very urgent- they are late!!!This is a small country that has a new status (semi independent)they have been in power for one term, it is coming to a close. For one thing, they need to message that they need to finish the job they started. I am part of the new team. This is a country wide election. The target is the population. They have been very poor in terms of their PR strategy. There are 4 other parties vying for the presidency.

    What country? (Saint Martin?)
    What is the message they came into power with?
    How is this party different from the other parties?
    Why should people trust this party with the presidency?
