Need Tagline For T&d Department

In addition to training & leadership development, we also do new hire & new leader orientations. We need something simple & to the point (a few words or short phrase). Because "training" and "development" are in the dept title, we don't want to use those words. We're a healthcare company, where most people have historically seen training as a necessary evil & have never really been developed...we're trying to change that image. Please let me know if you need further clarification.

    Thanks for the suggestions! We ended up going with "leading through learning".
