Need A Name For Process Excellence Initiative

I am embarking on a process Excellence initiative in my organization ( IT ) I am looking for a catchy name that people will relate to and will want to be a part of this initaitive and drive it .
Any suggestions ?

    Why would someone want to be part of your initiative?
    What's in it for them?
    What's in it for your company?
    Is this a campaign to make people feel good or something based on an actionable model (with c-level support)?
    What do you hope to do differently?
    What have you tried previously?
    Why aren't people already striving for excellence in your organization? Excellence isn't something you add to a company - it's got to be in the DNA of the company.
