Your prospective clients don't need something clever for your tagline, they need something remarkable about your offering. There are lots of Realtors in your area - why should they choose you? What do you specialize in? Why? Other Realtors promise trust, 110% effort, hand-holding, etc. What makes you the better choice for one of the largest financial transactions they're likely to make in their lifetimes?

    Well Jay,
I was looking for some humor or levity since that fits my personality. I also know that I am 110% committed to my clients and I cannot rest until everything is in order.
As a new agent I want to deliver the very best customer service and provide the best information for a successful outcome for all.
Knowledge is key and I have a lot to learn.
    Thank you for your thoughts

This isn't the comedy club. We are marketing professionals. We're really good at naming and taglines, but first we need to understand your target audience and what makes you different from, and better than, your competition.

Let us help you ... and start by thinking through your positioning. What unique and important benefit do you deliver for your clients? Why should they choose you? Have you spoken with people in your target audience to learn how they select a realtor? What's important to them? What criteria do they use?

Effective taglines give prospective clients substantive information. If you don't have something you want to communicate, you're probably better served to skip the tagline. (There is no law that says you have to have a tagline.)

Like I mentioned before, I was looking for some cleaver ideas that's all.
As far as a target area everyone wants to feel like they are getting 110% of you. I have been in the customer service industry for 30 years and I know how to deliver that service to all.

Thank you mboufford for your creative idea, very clever.
