Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

I am looking for a tagline for a large metro local govt. for its marketing material at careers expos to attract graduates to want a job there. There are diverse opportunities from engineering and architecture to recreation managers, art curators and PR. They want to promote that they offer jobs where you can see what you have achieved in communities...you can enjoy worklife balance and the lifestyle and hundreds of career options. So far they have come up with"real jobs, real careers, real rewards". Suggestions welcome!
