Name Festival To Celebrate Surviving Storm Irene

Hurricane Irene devestated our mountain top and more than 500 homes were lost. BUT WE HAVE SURVIVED. We are planning a festival near the very river that crippled us to celebrate our comeback, but need a name. (We have had a "stream festival" there every year but want a name that emphasizes our getting through the storm and renewing, rebuilding restoring.

    I agree with Jay's suggestion of "Irene: One Year Later". It will speak so much of how far you and your people have come after the devastation of Hurricane Irene. It will also implies the commemoration of the memories of the people you have lost (if there were any).
