Name For Weekly Health & Wellness Newsletter

Upscale Health and Wellness club needs a better identity of the newsletter. We are transitioning from a 20 page monthly .pdf version to a weekly html version (YAY!).

Looking for something that will appeal to all our membership (some older members have been with us 35 years, we have many families as well as some younger and professional crowd).

We are more than just a gym or fitness club, our mission statement is "Expanding Wellness, Extending Lives."

So far I've come up with: Wellnews, Wellness Matters, Fitwords, Healthbeat, and Focus on Wellness, but none seem right yet.

    Our current Newsletter is named "Club Name" Newsletter, so I doubt it will really bewilder anyone that much. We need an actual name. Thank you for your other feedback, any other suggestions?
