Need Visionary Tagline For New Real Estate Venture

Hello,

I am so glad this site exists! I am looking for expertise from marketing visionaries as I am trying to coming up with a fantastic tagline for my new real estate business. I am going into business with my Mom--we specialize in real estate in a small, luxury beach town but also support surrounding communities.

We are a mother-daughter team, half time tested real estate expertise, and half young, professional web savvy.

My goal with this tagline is to have something distinctive and memorable, something that appeals to luxury buyers and sellers (but isn't snooty of isolating) and something that communicates a clear value prop--that being exemplary, personalized customer service experience.

I like the idea of something like "boutique" (read: we don't have as many listings as others in the local area but we'll bend over backwards to make sure each client feels supported and advocated for and gets personalized attention).

Ideas so far have been:

XX Realty: Dream Big
XX Realty: Someday is Today
XX Realty: The boutique experience
XX Realty: The loyalty you deserve. The results you expect.

I'm not sold yet. I need something that is at once inspiring and uplifting, differentiated and memorable, something that makes people go, "YES." ANY ideas you can provide are truly appreciated. Thank you all!

    It would be helpful if you gave the name of your company so the tagline could be related more closely to your brand.

    Are you looking for a team name or a name for the realty business?
    What boutique-like services can you offer than the competition isn't/won't?

    @ Hameeri - Thanks for the suggestion. It's just our last name and then team (e.g. The XX Team). Our last name wouldn't play into the tagline and it's such an unique last name I would prefer we keep it out of the copy. Thanks :)

    @ Jay Hamilton-Roth - We aren't looking for a team name, the name will just be "The Our Last Name Team." I am looking for an amazing slogan/tagline. We want something that isn't cutesy or pompous -- simple and memorable.

    We are a small, mother daughter team. We're up against a lot of great agents who have a ton of listings. Our value prop is great attention to each client's individual needs. We want them to feel like they are getting a "boutique" experience with us. Read: we listen deeply, provide custom tailored solutions, etc.

    We also want to empower consumers with LOTS of information--our blog is a big part of our strategy (providing people with truly useful content).

    In a sentence: we are focused on the YOU of the equation. Making people feel like its all about them. That they will feel safe and secure and their needs will be met.

    Any more ideas? Thank you for your expertise!
