Title And Slogan For Empty Bottles

I need a name for a campaign on keeping empty bottles clean because they will be reused. People have a tendency of using empty glass bottles as candle holders and this is destroying the recyclable material. I need a name to deter this tendency and a positive slogan that the audience can get safer drinks from this. The problem is I am dealing with people of low illiteracy levels.

    Depending on its chemical make up, glass melts at temperatures of 1,500 °C to 2,300 °C., which ought to be more than hot enough to burn off candle wax. So in theory, whatever people put on or leave IN the bottles ought not be a problem. Rather than coming up with a slogan, why not solve the problem itself? You then have a PRODUCT you can sell to glass recycling companies.
