Help With A Tagline For A Real Estate Newsletter

Posted by andyjbenjamin on 500 Points
I’m trying to come up with a way to brand myself and my newsletter (more of a market commentary for a certain neighborhood) with a tagline that will stand out. I don’t want the normal "Joe’s Real Estate Monthly”, I want something a little more edgy. I’m a young broker in a business that has a lot of people much older than I am (33). I definitely don’t want to offend anyone by any stretch, but something that is to the point and hip at the same time. Ideally I would like to be able to use it as a tagline for myself as well as the newsletter if possible. Any and all help is definitely appreciated.

My last name is Daly if there is any way to incorporate that into it...

Thanks again!

You could certainly use "Neighborhood Daly" if you plan to release a daily newsletter, but my guess is that it won't go out so frequently.

    You may consider:

    • Brining the REAL to Real Estate (communicates that you'll be real with clients)

    • Get REAL with the Housing Market

    • The Daly Home (or Property) Team

I'm trying to come up for a name for our Fall Fundraiser, in October. This is for a Realtor and Affliate group. We're planning a table event. Businessess buy a table and they can mix, network, sell their goods... So a business, boutique, expo, mixer.
    I heard of a neighboring area have a "Spook-tacular"
    but it has been used.
    Something along those lines.
    Thanks!!
