Housing Coalition Tagline Needed

The Perry Housing Coalition is looking for a tagline to use in promoting future events. The vision of the Coalition is essentially to build partnerships to end homelessness in our county by identifying needs. The first idea that was thrown out was: Perry Housing Coalition, Opening Doors (however Opening Doors is already a tagline)...Another idea was: Identifying Needs. Building Partnerships. Ending Homelessness. We need something that is catchy, general, and easily remembered/associated with the Coalition. We have an event on May 18th with on Ohio Supreme Court Justice and would like to start using our new tagline along with the marketing for the May 18th event. Does anyone have opinions about the above-mentioned tagline or have any suggestions??? Thanks!
