Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

We have just opened a new business in landscaping/renovations. I need a tagline that is different from our competitors. Our competitors are
large building contractors and some franchises. They market with years of experience, largest handyman business, guaranteed quality, service guarantee, customer relationships. We are smaller, more personal, better quality and ingenuity. The strength of our business is quality workmanship and definitely ingenuity. However, not sure if the tagline should encompass these words because they may not be the predominant factor that influences the target audience. We would like to attempt jobs that the other competitors won't touch and therefore charge more money.

Our audience is new home owners 30 -45 yr old couples (with or without young dependant children) 45 yr old couples without dependent children.
