Hi Cindy, I'm a little unclear about your question. Are you asking for two separate names, one name for your florist and design store, and another name for your wedding cake store? Are these going to be two separate stores, next to each other? Where are you located? Can you describe the customers you are targeting and why you are going to be uniquely different from the other stores in these two categories?

To expand on Steve's comment, the only way I see these businesses related enough to be housed under one roof is if the florals about which you talk are edible and can be included on the cakes. Otherwise, you may need two (or three) separate businesses and lots of space and employees to make it work. These are individual entities.

Stop. You need a business plan.

From the varying directions you've indicated in your question it seems to me that you're going to WAY too many directions.

If you're going to be a florist, be a florist. Likewise an interior designer. Or something to do with art and design.

But before you do ANYTHING else, stop, take stock, figure out your passion, and then, THEN figure out if there are buyers for that thing you're going to offer, then plan from there.

At the moment you're a long way away from needing a name and you're woefully ill equipped to take on the task of branding your business.

In and of itself, branding has nothing to do with your business name because as a function of business, branding happens in the minds of your buyers as a result of the delivery of the thing you're offering.

Naturally, you may not want to hear any of this, but trust me, the advice here is designed to save you from a world of pain and heartbreak.
