New Agent Looking For A Tagline

I am a former Real Estate Assistant with 5 years experience and now I have 1 year under my belt as a Real Estate Agent. My name is Kate Smith (unusual name right?) and I have experience with new construction, first time home buyers and now, I am venturing into short-sale properties by getting my CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designation. With that said, can anyone help me with a tag line? Thanks so much in advance.

    Let's start by understanding why you want a tagline. What's the name of the company? Where is the market you serve? What are you trying to communicate with the tagline that isn't already in the company name? How will you know when the right tagline shows up?

    And then ... what makes you different from, and better than, all the other realtors with (and without) taglines? Why should someone list with YOU? Do you have a specialty or focus, or do you want to be the all-purpose real estate agent for everyone?
