Tag Line For Realtor

Hi, I am a realtor starting over in a new city looking to start fresh with a cohesive brand. I need a tag line for my new website. My website will be very modern and clean with focus on my blog and social media. The domain name will be (nameofcity)homegirl.com
(I think - if you have a strong opinion for or against this domain please share)

My strengths are that I'm young (30) but experienced (7th year selling real estate). I am very into newest technology for buying and selling homes and social media. And I like to have fun with my clients. Most of my other marketing efforts are quirky or funny. I don't care for the traditional 'boring' marketing I've seen most agents do.

My target market is buyers and sellers 25-50 that are professionals and socially networked and like to have a good time. So funny or quirky is ok. Words I like are: style, fresh, fun

    Since buying/selling a home is such a large financial transaction, I would be looking for someone who can negotiate the best deal for me. I'm not looking for someone who is funny/quirky. Maybe boring is fine, if they do their job professionally, efficiently, and as-promised.

    I am currently the top agent in my company. I have a huge referral business. I got that way by making relationships with my clients, most of whom I become good friends with. I am first and foremost a professional, I'm a Certified Real Estate Negotiator and the social networking allows me to market a property that other less connected agents can't.

    Realtors that can "negotiate the best deal" are a dime a dozen. buying a home is a huge investment but it should be a fun and exciting experience. I can provide that along with helping people new to the area know their communities. Real estate is a relationship and lifestyle business and that's what I want to tap into with my marketing.

    The website I have ordered is very professional and modern. I blog about pricing, the market trends, staging your home for sale, etc... As well as fun things to do around town and local events etc... Its not all serious. Like I said, any agent can show you homes and write a contract, I am focusing marketing on lifestyle and buying a home in a fun and relaxing environment. I apologize for not explaining better.

    To give a better idea a tag line I thought of that I really like is "Live in (city name). Buy in style." But it's very similar to someone else in another market that I know. And it only addresses buying not selling.
