Reverse Mortgage Specialist

I need a catchy tag line to help people remember me and what I do without first hearing the words 'Reverse Mortgage' when they first answer the phone.
My clients are often in their late 70s and early 80's, although many are as young as 62 yr old.

My network partners are Realtors, finanical advisors, CPAs, and attornies.

    What is your business name? Where are you located? There are many "reverse mortgage specialist" out there right now, how are you different and unique? What good things do your clients say about you?

    This information will help us hone in on a tagline just right for you.

    I am in San Diego and the company HQ is also located here. I've lived here for over 22 yrs.
    I'm unique because I follow up, am a good listener, and have over 10 years of experience.

    I'm also female and in my fifties, which my older clients relate to.
    My clients like the fact that I always return phone calls and often initiate the call with loan status updates.

    A reverse mortgage is a federally insured loan for homeowners over 62 y.o. who want to access some of the equity in their home, with very little qualifying.
    No mortgage payments are necessary.
    There are no income requirements or credit requirements.
    Many seniors are trying to live on their Soc Sec income and simply can't any more. They are house rich and cash poor.
    The money can be taken out tax-free, or in a line of credit, or as payments for the owners lifetime.

    I want to say something like: " Hello, this is Marta the lady who takes away many of your worries and your mortgage payments"
    or: "Hello, I'm the lady that helps you live a happier life with less stress and no mortgage payments."

    It depends on what event/communication you are following up on. For example, if you sent an email with interesting and relevant content, you might just ask did they receive the email and did they have time to take a look at it ... then go on from there in a normal conversational style. Avoid canned statements, they are a turn off.
