    Do you mean "Growth"?

It would help if you could tell us which market category your business and newsletter are in, who reads your newsletter (is it sent to staff at all levels?), and what the overall aims of the company are.

You might also consider asking whether you actually NEED a tag line. Just because everyone else in your niche has one (if that's the case), may not mean that you must follow suite.

What does GWOTH mean? Why did you select that as the name? And who is the target audience for the newsletter? I don't mean "all internal departments," I mean what do these folks want and need to know? What's important to them? Where do they live/work? What's on THEIR minds?

What's the purpose of the newsletter?

And then answer Gary's questions (above).

I was wondering if the post name was a typo or not. Either it isn't and your tagline is 'gwoth' or you spelled the word wrong twice now :P. You may not need a tagline, but if you do it should be something that more clearly highlights your business and gets readers interested in what you do. Such a common word as 'growth' (if that's what you intended to write) is a little generic and may not separate your business from the clutter.
