Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

I need a name and possible tagline for a new start-up Niche Real Estate office that will primarily focus on leasing residential property to expats moving into HK, as well as finding property for expats already living in HK. (Here in Hong Kong, we usually move ever 2 yrs, due to increasing rents that are not rent stabilized)

As an expat myself living abroad for over 15 yrs all over the world & now in HK for over 6 yrs, i've found that there is a need for reliable, like minded, non-Chinese brokers that can understand what the Expat priorities & needs are when moving to a foreign country - knowledge of the transportation system, schools, housing areas, etc..

I hope to offer clients other value added services that extend well past just helping them lease a property. I don't want to name all my great ideas, but to name just a few -- Finding them temporary housing, temporary maid service, baby sitters, setting up utilities and cable/internet srvcs for the busy working professionals....

I want a name and a tagline that will project the type of services they can expect to receive from us. Btw, i expect to eventually hire only other expats as our realtors, a small boutique RE broker srvcs. Any and all help is greatly appreciated :)
