Are you promoting for a last quick getaway/stay before school starts or are you marketing to parents who want to run away immediately after they get their kids back in school?

Also, what is the genre of your hotel? Are you a residence facility, quick-no-frills or luxury?

The hotel is targeting families who want to have a vacation before school or maybe students who wants to take a break before school starts. Wish for a good answer :)
