New Aviation Course A Name Needed !

Hi marketingprof community!

I need you help I am design a course for the airline industry for customer facing staff and need your help for a course name!
The name needs to be catchy inspirational and have a theme based around the airline industry. The course is a customer service and business engagement course.

    Can you share more details about the course and the type of person who's likely to be interested? Is this about hospitality, service, safety, or somethig else?

    Unless it's aimed at cabin crew, in reality, your course has little if anything to do with aviation: it's to do with customer service and ideally, it needs to be offered as a certification course.

    So, with this in mind: Excellence in Airline Customer Service

    Who exactly is the customer? Who pays you for your services? What benefit do they expect when they agree to pay you for your services?

    Once you can define your target audience more precisely, and pinpoint the unique and important benefit you deliver for them, we can come up with a great name.

    Hi all thank you for your comments.. here is somemore information the target audience is cabin crew, the course is annual recurring course that is going to include new updated customer service information and innovation to what is happening in the company also the course will include some elearning and compulsory training however the day will largely be about inspiring cabin crew to engage with company and business developments.

    So the cabin crew is supposed to pay you to train them in customer service, right? What's in it for them? Why would they want to do that? Shouldn't their employer be responsible for stuff like that?
