My reaction: The target audience is way too broad. There are millions of people who would qualify, and it will keep you from delivering a crisp and persuasive message to anyone if you try to attract them all with a single message.

Also, you have at least two distinct audiences: (1) the ones who want to make money, and (2) the ones who want to buy/sell eCash. There are different benefits for each, and if you try to merge them you will confuse everyone and not be as effective in your communications as you could be.

in Asian countries, it's very difficult/impossible to purchase/withdraw Digital E currency directly from Currency Providers. So when they will join, they will be having another platform for themselves providing Digital E Currencies with Money Back Guarantee.

Aha! This is for an Asian marketplace. That is progress. You didn't mention that in your target audience description before. Any specific countries? (Japan or China may be quite different from India or Viet Nam, for example.)

And it sounds like you need at least 2 different domain names and sites -- one for investors/speculators and another for people who just need a marketplace for buying/selling eCurrency. Ditto with taglines.

no it's not for asian countries, what i was trying to telling. Two in 1 idea is for those who having difficulty to purchase/withdraw their currencies.
but for euorpean countries, people are are invited.

"Cash In Travel" sounds like travelers' checks to me, not like cash doing the traveling. And it has nothing to do with making a profit for an investor.

It doesn't make sense for us to try to come up with a tagline when the biggest issue is defining the communications objective.

There is still something here that doesn't add up for me. Maybe others are more astute and can help you.
