Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

Working with a construction trade union to develop a wellness program for its members. Very blue-collar group throughout most of upstate NY. Health plan is primarily families but also have individual participants. Need to have something that appeals to both the worker and their spouses (mostly women).

We need to have a name for the program and I'm struggling. We have a couple of tagline options such as:
Your Health, Your Life, Our Union
Your Health is in Your Hands
Building a Healthier Union

Mostly struggling with the name, though additional tagline options are welcome. So far all we have is "Work on Wellness" which isn't too catchy.

Any/All ideas appreciated!
