Without knowing more about what KIND of pharmaceuticals, that do WHAT, for WHOM, in which NICHE, it's difficult to give theme ideas.

You also need to clarify "target achieved" and "not achieved". These might mean something to you but not to contributors here. And as for target for next year, "motivate the field force" to do WHAT? Engage buyers? Extoll the virtues of something specific? Increase sales by 900 percent?

    It's all a tad vague.

Gary is dead right, but here's a one-off that came to mind ... Back on Track or Back on the Track.

Rationale: you have a sales team that has met targets in the past, so assume they are a high-performance team who got blown off course by external factors. Align it with a Formula 1 race team (or Nascar if you are in the southern US). Getting back on track is about using the strength of your pit team to get the driver (sales person) back into the race, poised to retake the lead.

The pitt crew is your support team providing the marketing, product development, technology, etc. What does the sales team need from the pitt crew?

Also very easy to get some key note speakers in the racing field.

    Good luck.

I really like the Back on Track theme.

In a similar vein, Back In The Saddle could work -- getting back on the horse and resuming your ride to your goal.

You could do a very western theme with decor and give-aways, honor cowboy heroes that show the characteristics of grit, determination, loyalty, etc.
