Catchy Fundraiser Name - Shopping Bus To Chicago

Posted by ashleyanneheath on 250 Points
My service organization is organizing a new fundraiser, a shopping bus trip to Chicago. I need some help with a catchy title. Our mission is to help low income children in our community, the focus on the trip is shopping, it's in November so Christmas shopping likely, our target audience is women (or groups of girlfriends signing up for a fun day away). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

What's the name of your organization?
    Where are you located?
Where are the children you help located?

Will the proceeds of the tickets go towards helping the low-income children, or will the women actually be shopping for gifts for the low-income children? I am assuming it's the former, but clarification would be nice. Also, same questions as above.

The process on the tickets will go towards our organization to support our programs. Examples of programs Include: 'basics for babies' we deliver layette sets to newborns born to low income mothers, 'teens for independent living' we give apartment kits (sheets, pots and pans, vaccumns, dishes, etc.) to 18 year olds transitioning out of foster care, 'back to school store' (our largest project) supplies 1,500 low income elementary students with everything they need for the first day of school (back pack, supplies, jeans, shirt, who's, dental screen, hair cut, new book, grooming kit, etc.)

The women will be shopping for themselves, likely Christmas shopping as the event is planned for November. The fundraising wil come from the ticket sales of the bus trip.

I hope these responses help....thank you for your consideration of our request, we look forward to hearing your feedback!

"It's 200 miles to Chicago, we have a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses."

    "Hit it!"

While you can't exactly copy the famous Chicago trip/chase scene from The Blues Brothers, you could take it as a fun theme.

The Blues Brothers raced to Chicago to save an orphanage and its children. You're travelling for the same kind of reason.

I'm seeing a couple of vaguely Blues Brothers looking guys in dark suits with narrow ties and shades with the caption - "We're goin' to Chicago for the kids. Wanna come?"
