Considering that Avon is named after the river in England, best known for its association with Shakespeare (i.e. Stratford-upon-Avon and his nickname of 'The Bard of Avon'), how about:

    Bards of Avon

    Birds of Avon

    Juliets

    Hamlettes (sorry, couldn't resist)

Thanks for all your ideas. I have come up with team be-you-to-full

No offense but it'll never fly. It's clumsy and amateurish sounding. It's a good idea in theory but just doesn't work in reality. Best way to explain why is that it takes too much effort to read it and say it. As individual words it's too ambiguous: "be you to the fullest" is better meaningwise but too long and doesn't have the double meaning you're missing the mark on. As one word I immediately stumbled on the "to" because it's common to say be-you-TEE-full so you're going along til you hit the "to" and you have to stop and read it breaking up the already awkward meter of it. Names such as this must roll off the tongue effortlessly. Best ways to make that happen is 1. make it sound just like an existing trope or cliche such as in "beauty call" (That one is a real gem btw) or a rhyme as in "the Cream Team" which also plays off "the dream team" or just a really natural obvious meaning or sound. Sorry I know you were proud of that and it was getting there but leave something as important as your name to the real wordsmiths lest you embarrass yourself. You're too close to it to be a good judge. No shame in that.
