Amit - To better help you, we'll need a lot more details about your business, including:

    - Your business name (and URL, if you have one)
    - Who your clients are
    - Where they're located
    - What makes your business special/unique in their eyes
    - Why they should trust you with their cargo
    - What you hope your tagline will do for your business

Your tagline should resonate with your target audience even more than it should represent your service. Have you spoken with current customers and asked them what they like about your service and what they wish were different/better? If not, that's a good place to start this exercise.

Your tag line is not about you. It's about the single most powerful benefit to your ideal client of doing business with you: the tag line's role is to do all the heavy lifting needed to position your service as your client's ideal first choice.

I want the tag line for new customer, tag line should attract any one

Attracting "anyone" is a sure way to lose the game. The best and most effective taglines are specific to a very narrow and well-defined target audience. When you try to attract "anyone," you're almost certain to be sub-optimal for all of them.

    "Anyone" is NOT your customer.

You also know that in courier and cargo there are no of customers and no specific customer and if you want to know my customer name then what its relation to the tag line? One of my customer is MITUTOYO SOUTH ASIA PVT LTD., now give me good tag line and dont ask any more. simply reply with the tag lines.

" now give me good tag line ... and don't ask any more"?

    Wow!

Michael? Over to you I think. I'd love to hear Phil's take on this response. And Randall's ...

Can you describe what kinds of companies are most in need of the benefit you provide? How do they make the decision of which company to use?

The tagline needs to resonate with your target audience. It needs to tell them that you are the right solution for them, and let them know that you offer them an important and unique benefit. Until we understand what's going on in the minds of your target customers, any tagline we come up with will be "generic" and meaningless. You'd be better off with no tagline than with a generic one.

We are not trying to frustrate you. We are asking questions that will help us come up with a great tagline for you and communicate what you want to communicate to the target audience.
