Who is the target audience for the name? Where? What benefit would they be seeking? What words would they use to describe the benefit?

TARGET CUSTOMERS - working middle income families predominantly in Information Technology- head of household between 25 and 50 years seeking value propositions in a city where real estate is very expensive.

Why does it matter that your target buyer is in the IT business? Do you have an exclusive opt-in database of these folks or some other strategic advantage? Also, which city and country?

Bangalore, India. The location is near IT companies which is why we want to target them. But thats immaterial as the name just needs to evoke characters as said above: Affordable, excellent quality and service, value for money

I would like to help manjuonthego, but I don't know anything about the housing market in Bangalore, or anything about the keywords your target audience would perceive as being either consistent or metaphorical with "Affordable, excellent quality and service, value for money".

Perhaps others here can provide you with some ideas.
