College Faculty And Staff Awards Dinner

I am in need of some good ideas for a theme/tagline for our Staff Awards dinner. We are a district of community colleges that comes together to do this dinner. My school's president has chosen Valentine's Day as the date and general theme for the awards. I am brain dead and don't want to rely on cupids and hearts to make this event. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Well, with it being valentines day. Your theme will obviously be valentines, that however doesn't have to be a boring, typical theme. You can have things revolving around the actual saint Valentine, or things that have to do with that matter. (https://www.history.com/topics/valentines-day) this is a link to the history of valentines day. Hopefully it is of benefit to you.
    Now for the tagline, if valentines day is the theme. (which it should be or else people wont understand why it isn't) Here are a few samples to spin off of:

    "For the love of____ ( insert college name(s) )"

    "Teachers need love too"

    or on a more descriptive note:

    "Recognizing the Staff Doing the Most"

    "Showing LOVE to our Staff"

    etc. etc.

    And remember, the best ideas come from you when your not expecting them too. So dont over stress the little things. Its all in fun anyways, people will enjoy themselves even if your "tagline and theme" suck :)
