Health Coach Business Name

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
Please help me with a business name. I'm a Health Coach. No concentration areas. old and young, athletes and sedentary clients, fitness, nutrition, stress management....total lifestyle change is what i focus on. I like the tagline "Redefining Fitness" or "Redefining the Athlete". Need a business name thats not confusing, says what I do but not boring. Thanks for any feedback.

Can you narrow your target audience a bit? Narrow and highly-targeted audiences make more business sense than broad, all-inclusive ones.

For starters, where do they live? Are they currently wanna-be athletes or couch potatoes? Male or female? Overweight or just out of shape? Etc.

When you have a target audience that's too broad, you end up with a name that can fit anyone, and that means it's sub-optimal for everyone.

Once you've dealt with the target audience issue, you probably ought to figure out why someone in that audience should hire you instead of a competitor. If all you're selling is a me-too service, there is no name that will make a difference.

This slogan is also good "Commit to be Fit"

Thank you all for your tips and advice. I can't really narrow my target clients because they really can be anyone. A health coach is able to do all those things...deal with young and old, men and woman, athletes and obese clients.
Fit for Life is a good name but I was looking for something more original and somewhat more impactful. I have even considered a made up word or an original spelling of an existing word.
I guess I'm looking for something that portrays health, but also the passion required to acheive it, the committment to continuous improvement..

The fact that you are coaching people to make better choices and orient their lifestyle towards better health leads me to consider some type of emphasis on choice.
