Automotive Staffing Company Name

Dear Readers,

We are opening a new Staffing business that revolves around the automotive trade. Some examples of sub-contractors we supply are as follows: Welders, Robot Programmers, PLC Controls, Maintenance, Quality Control/Quality Inspectors, basically everything and anything a customer may need. From the most complex robot programming and training, to sanitation engineers and plumbers. We are Michigan based and would like a few ideas in which direction to go with our name. We are torn between the "simple specific type" and the "original innovative type" of name. Now please note, that we are look for serious responses so please, respond with an answer you could see yourself either A) naming your own staffing company, or B) from a customers P.O.V. meaning, would you take the name seriously.

    Start by identifying who specifically are likely to hire your services: Where are they located? Why they'd choose your company (instead of the myriad of other staffing companies)? Why they should trust your workers?

    Remember the important thing is not what we think of the name, but what your prospective clients do. The more you can share about them, the more likely we can help you come up with an on-target name.

    Well Jay to answer your questions, my customers will primarily be automotive and manufacturing companies in the metro detroit area (untill we can expand). As for the reasons the will choose our company and trust our workers is a very simple answer. Relationships. In all aspects of business, what seperates you from your competitors, is how well of a relationship you have or build with your customers. Timing, reliability, and relationships are the foundation of any successful company that sells a product. Phil you are very correct sir. The only problem is, that these company names are already taken at the state and county level. I really like the name Premier Staffing Solutions or things of the sort.
