It's unlikely you will be able to find a name that does a great job of positioning your business, because you are appealing to different target audiences with different benefits. That means any name you select will be sub-optimal for one or the other ... or both.

The best names focus exclusively on a single important benefit for a highly targeted audience.

Not sure if we do you any favors to try to come up with suggestions for this bifurcated situation. Would you consider having two different businesses at the same location? Each could then focus on its own customers and promise the benefits that are most important for their respective audiences.

Seriously, if we know what the success criteria are, there's a lot better chance we can come up with it.

Those other store names you provided say nothing about the "rescue" aspect of your business.

Maybe something like "Rescue & Pamper Pet Store" would work. By not using the word "dog" in your name, you will have the flexibility to include other rescue animals in the future.

Also, you could add a tagline to your store name to further clarify the positioning benefits and emotional connections to your target audience.
