Tagline Needed For Paint Academy

I run a Paint Training Academy where we train people on application of paint products and product knowledge.
The name of the department is "The Paint Academy" and I need a slogan/tagline I can include in our training brochures and on our corporate clothing. Any suggestions?

    Who do you train?
    Why?
    What's the result of the training?
    What words/feelings do these people use in describing you (think testimonials)?
    Why do you think a tagline/slogan would be beneficial?

    Who is the target audience? Who are these "people" you train? Where do they live? How do they decide to use your services? What's the benefit they're seeking? What's the purpose of a tagline? What do you want it to communicate?

    Our target audience is people in store that sell the paint to customers and applicators and contractors.

    The purpose of the tagline is to state who we are and what we do. The Paint Academy has been running for 4 years, but re-launched now, so I thought adding a tagline will just strenghten that.

    I want to communicate that our pupose is enhancing peoples knowledge and skills through training and how important training is to their jobs.
