hello. Starting small business with 1 machine and hoping to grow quick due to location and amazing technology. At the beginning I am planning to share space before I build my client base and find own location. This is tottaly new to me but I am aware of other sucess stories of business expoding with this perfected technology. Only 1 Spa 40 miles away has that same machine. I am in Sun City Arizona where retired ladies feel great and want to look 10 years younger instantly without going under the knife. They live comfortably with alot of free time and have huge spending power-higher than Scottsdale residents. My customer is over 35, mostly women that want to look attractive, or prepare for an event-wedding ECT. Benefits: fraction of the cost of a traditional knife-face lift-17k, no anasthesia, painless, no down time off work, Instant Visable Results -muscle memory, 10 treatments needed for lasting results(1k per area treated). Elimination of stubborn fat/ cellulite. Please help with fabulous name that will not be general. There are many full service spas in my area. But I can provide special new technology that is unknown and affordable. Producer claims "twice the results in half of the time over competitors." thank you

    Well, we already know what your intended customers don't like! Cellulite.

    You should emphasize the non-surgical methods for many only undergo surgery because there is nothing else. Your system allows them to come to an appointment and simply leave afterwards (will they be allowed to drive?).

    If you emphasize the convenience, you don't need to fight on price. Even if these women have the money for surgery, do they actually want surgery when there is a non-invasive alternative?

    Thank you. Great sugestions- still digesting all.
    I need to focus on my specific service and how diffrent it is. Otherwise I will drown in the pool of Full Serice Spas that are in the area -very fancy and impossible for me to compete with. I will be a small business offering personal attention to a specific need vs. full spa atmosphere. My future goal is to offer an experience when I can afford that. Presently, I am interior decorator/real estate agent with some marketing knowledge, and learning a new field.
    Also, I am European(Polish) but that should not really matter in offering the style of service???correct?Eurpean Spa? Unless I serve pierogi with it! Ha Ha!
    No side effects of the treatment. Client may drive afterwords. Skin may be pink for few minutes only due to increased blood circulation but NOT red or irritated. Cient is ready to look best for the same day event.
    Best results- belive it or not -are on men! Their fat is less stubborn, I guess. They can flatten bellies and love handles too. Ladies would love to be maried to a 10 year younger looking husband too! :) So my clients are man too.

    Where do I go to educate myself on promoting my business, advertising for small business? Word of mouth is the best at the beginning but it will not be enough. After treatment I will need new clients or may sell them another area to be treated.
    Fundamentals - insurance, incorporation? what books and website please besides talking to proffessionals?

    I like the non-surgical or non-invasive but these are long words. Cellulite and face lift are also long.
    I would love something short ,catchy, or rhyming plus descriptive maybe? Bliss or Fab so pepole do have a quick name to remember????
