Firstly a name won't make you any better a consultant. In the world of international development usually people go by their professional names and titles - I would suggest naming your consultancy

"S.M. Hartman PhD, MA Cantab" (or whatever your proper title is).
"Health Policy, M&E, Program Management"


After all, these guys are serious, and a trendy business name won't move them.
