    No one here can give you permission to make chocolates in India; that's for you to resolve IN India.
    If you need a logo you need to work with a designer, not with a marketer. As for a name, give us more information about your company and perhaps headway can be made from there.

    Who is your primary target audience? What brands of chocolate are they buying now? How do they decide on new chocolate brands? Why should they select yours?
