Need Name For Condominium/apartment Project

Have a residential condo/apartment project in Del Mar California with ocean and lagune views. Design will be wood siding/singles with different elvation designs on individual units.

    not sure that why you are asking about a budget. I am looking for suggestion for the project. It will be a very high quality project. It is a project to be built.

    just how much are these apartments going to sell for? If the value of the apartments is anything approaching $150,000 then you ought to get some on the spot professional advice as well as any suggestions you might dig up from here.

    You need a little more than just "a high quality project". How are you going to prove the build quality to skeptical purchasers? After all, it isn't something they are going to be able to see under all the plaster and paint, is it? This is when you need to get clever.

    They will sell for more than that price. I have Architects, engineers etc I am just looking to put a name on the project while I process it through the entitlement process so that it has an identity.

    When I read Del Mar I immediately thought about the Jazz CD compilations called Café Del Mar – brilliant stuff!

    Possibilities are endless. When choosing a name I find a good test is to say it like you are answering the phone – “Casa Del Mar, good morning, how may I help you?”

    These are all very generic and would certainly work but – it would be nice if you could think out the box and find something specific to the location or something … well … different.
    I see that Del Mar is famous for it’s surfing beaches. How about
    Surf’s up
    Surfers Haven
    This limits your target audience though – non surfers may not like the sound of it.
