Trying To Improve On "flip That House"

Posted by Anonymous on 125 Points
I'm branding my start up company which will be involved in the purchase, renovation and sale of single family homes in Seattle. The terms "flipping" and "rehabbing" are often used to describe this business activity, but I find the term "flipping" or "flip that house" tend to suggest that the process is loosey-goosey, not as quality-oriented as it should be . . . that sort of thing.

I need a term or phrase other than "flipping" that gets this point across - that the activity is a serious endeavor that contributes to the economic recovery in the U.S. and provides a great home for the post-renovation homebuyer. Thank you.

Thank you for all of your comments and suggestions on using alternatives to describe the business of "flipping homes". We have decided to focus on the concept of "renewal", I've adopted the Monarch butterfly as the symbol of what I hope to accomplish, etc. Have a great Friday and great weekend and "go 49ers, beat Atlanta".
