As Phil says, the main point of your tagline is not to be catchy. It is there to inform inquisitive visitors. Should they find what they like, it won't be the tagline they remember - it will be the things they read about you that they like.

Knowing who your clients are - and the more specific you can be means the more effective your tagline will be. Another thing that is if you are using your name in your business name as Phil suggests, you won't need to repeat it. A tagline is a part of your USP - or can be. It tells your prospective clients that you do something special that only you can deliver on.

In the mean time, a few suggestions:

The right people in the right places
    Moving homes in your direction

Talk to your fellow agents, and ask them if their slogan/tagline have mattered in their business, and if so, how. The problem you'll likely face is that most agents provide (at least on the face) the same service/promise, so a "catchy slogan" is all that's left to distinguish your name from others. So, you can either follow the others and find something "catchy" or spend the effort to determine what your specialty is - whether that be a type of construction, a narrow price point, or a specific demographic.

Thank you for the excellent advice. I don't know if i meant "catchy" as much as something that would make them want to look at my material or call me. All good suggestions. again, thank you!

Cindy, the essence of what you do is ... you. What can you offer in terms of materials or whatever services that means they won't just choose someone else? Make it a no-brainer for your best customers and you only have to deal with half as many: they will be happy to pay premium price for the excellent service you offer them.
