Want To Name A Real Estate Company

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I want to name a real estate development company. The name should have a good Brand Voice and should represent a new age , modern real estate development and construction company. I had two names in my mind like Renaissance, Ambitech , but both of them are not available for registration as they have already been used by someone. I need a good name urgently. The name should give a world class feeling and represent new age company.

Thanks

A good Brand Voice should speak to your customers. Because if it doesn't please expect to spend $100 000 on getting it known as a Brand Voice. You can do it for a lot less if you use your intelligence.

So: what kind of "real estate" do you develop? How do you develop it? Who do you develop it for, and to what budget and location? Are you fixed to 100km or 1000km or ... 10 000 km??? Worldwide?

Because we don't know these things, and I hope you do. The more specific you are the more effective your branding will be.

RenaissanceRealEstate is taken for .com .net and .org - - - .biz is free.

Renaissance-RealEstate is taken for .com only

    Renaissance-Real-Estate - all free.

You could have RenaissanceDevelopments - all free.

For the more modern feel you could try

    Silver Cube Developments
Silver Cube Real Estate (both of the above are all free).

Cube Developments (.com is taken) Cubic - cuboid -

    cube-sphere-developments

    hypersphere developments

Only you will have an uphill struggle getting your audience to recognize your niche with any of the above. Which is fine if you have the odd hundred grand to splash out on branding. Personally I prefer ten years' guaranteed holidays (or a sensible return on investment that branding won't ever achieve for you).

What are your thoughts? M xxx

We develop real estate like plots, high rise apartments with plunge pool inside the apartment, car park deck at each floor, all luxury and super luxury developments. Renaissance is not available for Trade mark registration. I need that coz I am from India, hereby norms are very strict these days. Location is prime for all our developments and budget is high. The company would operate on Pan India Level

Both Renaissance & Ambitech don't clearly spell out what you do (or for who), which means you'll need to spend a lot of time/money educating your target audience about you. Why not have your name help establish both your service & audience?

As for a name that conveys "world class feeling and represent new age company" - what does this mean to you? To your audience?

A name that conveys "world class feeling can be VIVANTA which also gives a new age company feeling

and a name that actually represent new age company can be "Renaissance" which is again a world class name.

A good name in real estate can save much of time /money/ efforts. Audience should feel that they are associated with a group that's innovative and has world class construction standards.

Let's put all this on its head.

You want - need - a good name. So ask your target audience what they like best. Pick out a few names almost at random, check their status in respect of registrations and set them online in a Display network campaign.

This will quickly bring you a winner in the space of a day or at most a week. It will chime with them.

Isn't that what you really need? What's more it won't cost you more than a few hundred dollars - and will save you THOUSANDS.

If I may be honest, Indian businessmen are some of the sharpest on the planet. If you live in Africa, you will have all your heart's desires - as long as there is an Indian trader that you can get in contact with.

People may not know what they want, you can bet they know it when they see it. Now, you don't know this, my primary market is Maharashtra. Mind you, it is very high tech - and not all of India is, which is part of the charm. Even there it's better than most of the places I've seen in Africa (apart from Stellenbosch).

In the mean time, let's have another go:

    Premium Land Developments

    Exquisite Land Development

    Top Top Land

    Castle Development

    Blue Square Developments

    New Rectangle Property

Are any of these any good?

    Dear Moriarty,

Sorry for late reply. I was travelling so couldn't respond. I feel dignified by your feelings towards Indians, which is surely a world known fact. As discussed please help me with some good english names , spanish names, italian names or the names of any of good cities in America, Africa, or names from any mythological characters like REVANTA , who is son of great God Surya. It would be ok with me if I just get a name which sounds good and has a little Real Estate or Business inspired theme in it, if not I believe I can derive it. SO it all comes on to a good brand name which sounds good. Like ARMANI (which is simple, sweet , elegant and comes from the founder's family name).

By the time what's ur opinion about the two :

    1. ALINA

    2. AMBITECH

    Thanks
