What To Name My Tiny At Home Bakery Business?

I have been doing little at home projects for people such as doing cupcakes, cakes, pastries and more. I have been all over the web trying to find a name for my bakery. If anyone has any ideas for the name I would greatly appreciate it!

    Keep it simple and let it speak to those who like what you do.

    You could be

    "The Home of Cupcakes"

    Cupcake Heaven

    Cupcake haven

    The Danish bakery (our family hangout in Bangkok in the 70s)

    Pastries Galore!

    Pastry Heaven

    Where are you located? Does your local code require that commercial bakeries use commercial kitchens, subject to certain standards of cleanliness, inspection, etc.? You might not want to appear as a commercial bakery.

    If you have already dealt with this and believe you're OK on this front, then you have some very good options in the posts above. You also have the advantage of not requiring a domain name on the internet for this business, so it should be fairly easy to pick a name and register a DBA locally.

    Tell people your name and what you do. Keep it simple: Cupcakes, pastries, and cakes by your name.

    But first, get your commercial kitchen set up, abide by state and local health and hygiene rules, and cover your backside with professional liability insurance. Exceed, do not simply meet EXCEED all local health laws, invest in LLC status, create great products, and keep things simple.
