I assume you're looking for a headline for an advertisement, rather than a tagline for your business. If so, how about "Find Your Special Tahoe Hideaway"?

Well it's going to have to chime with the golfing theme if it is to be inscribed on a seat.

    how about

Driving great deals for homeseekers in S. Tahoe
We make finding a home as enjoyable as a day on the links. (I hope I've spelled that correctly!)
Makes finding a home as great as a good day's golfing.

    What do you think?

It's the home in one we deal in (as in hole in one??)
With us it's your home in one.
Fore! And you'll get a home in one with our team. [note to serious golfers - I'm sure there are terms that would fit better? I haven't genned up on my PG Wodehouse for a long time.]

    I'm no golfer either ...

And Stevie, those are fantastic taglines!

    For the out-of-towners:

When you're in town swing by our office
