Tagline Needed For 24/7 Healthcare Services Firm

Prospective clients are physicians and physician practices. We provide emergent and routine clinical and business consultations. Trying to nail a crisp tagline that conveys trust, expertise and substance. We're a 40(+) year-old company working on a brand refresh. Some thoughts have been "On-Demand. On-Mission. Spot-on." (lots of variants of this) Other ideas have been more conventional - "Answers 24/7" or "360 Solutions". Appreciate any insight this forum can offer.

    What is the name of your business? We would prefer NOT to repeat the language in your name in the tagline.

    Also, who are your best physician targets, your ideal customer? Where are you located? Do you have competition? Why would physicians choose you, what is your most compelling benefit over any other providers?

    Are you supplying services to doctors, or to their patients? Who is the recipient of the final benefit you're offering? Who makes the decision on care?

    Generally, doctors like to retain control. They also want to know that their patients will experience a positive outcome, and that they, as the doctor, will be well regarded as a result of their care decision and recommendation for their patient. How have you tapped into this in the past?
