Tagline For Corporate Wellbeing And Philanthropy

I am seeking a tagline to be used on marketing collateral for both our Corporate Wellbeing Program and Corporate Philanthropy Program. Why use the same on both you ask? Well, since overall wellbeing is more than a state of good physical and mental health (encompassing an entire gamut of life aspects - including but not limited to relationships, financial wellbeing, professional wellbeing and so on) we want to incorporate philanthropic efforts into the category. In other words, giving back of time, talent and treasure improves overall wellbeing as well.

To provide additional guidance, some of the collateral this tagline will be used on include shirts for organized races for causes, community service days, employee water bottles given as incentives for participation in such events, etc.

Lastly, we are a "technology" company, so if that can be tied in with wellbeing and philanthropy—great!!

    What's the name of your company?
    Are these programs internally-facing or outwardly-facing?
    What's in it for people to participate?
    What's in it for you organization to create such programs?
    What are your goals for the programs?

    These programs are internally-facing but the activities will have an outward presence because our community fitness/service events will be public.

    With the Philanthropy Program, participation is a matter of personal satisfaction. With involvement in the Wellbeing Program, employees will be eligible for discounts and other incentives such as the free shirt, water bottle, etc.

    The organizational gain with these programs is improving the employee experience, improving our community and improving the overall health of our people [which will likely lead to fewer health claims in the future.] Likewise, it could be said that these are our goals for the programs.

    Can anyone think of anything along the lines of "improving" since we aim to improve lives through wellbeing initiatives and the community through philanthropy efforts?
