Are you going to tell us what you actually DO in order to redefine their lives? That would definitely help.

    Where? What city, province, country?

How do you deliver whatever you do -- online, in home, at a physical location?

Redefining active seniors lives by guiding and referring them to a wide variety of things to do with discounts from various businesses. From education (learning) to leisure, exercise, unusual places to venture out (that is safe) theatre, art (learning and entertainment) art galleries and a lot more things they may not have thought of doing. Perks, offers, sweepstake are some benefits. NYS - USA. Online biz.

    OK. A few thoughts:

Your tagline should probably reference the location and at least allude to what you do. Something like "Rediscovering the Empire State" or "Discover New York All Over Again."

The name "Spunky Seniors" may not appeal to the seniors. They have not historically accepted the label "seniors" in many different contexts -- even though they recognize they are, in fact, seniors. Perhaps it has some unpleasant or unwelcome connotations. You might want to find an alternate name and communicate the target audience specs visually/graphically.

Of course if you have researched this group already and they respond positively to the label "seniors" then you can ignore the comment.

How will your target audience find you? How will they learn you exist?

I would like to know if your prospective clients like being "spunky seniors" it sounds to me like something too cooked-up to be true. Think of "the university of the third age" which has had some success. however, this is your party, your decisions. Okay?

It seems to me that you are offering a portal to different activities in your region, not actually giving the education yourself. Is this the case?

Thanks for your responses. "Spunky" is brave and daring. I am opting to get my audience to be just that in this 21st century. Get up off the couch and let's go hiking, biking etc. I am an extremely active senior and came up with the idea because I do spunky things. I am extremely brave and daring but not to the point of danger. Everything offered to my audience is hand picked by me to make sure they get the best of the best. I am improving their lives one by one by being an "active seniors" to let them see life is not about declining, it about living, living a healthy lifestyle with the wide variety of info I have for them - as well as they can with lots of things to do. No, I am not teaching I am guiding and referring them to places that will teach, for example, art, dancing, music etc. These places will give my seniors a discount. I have a wide selections of categories for them to choose from with their regions. I am not only doing NYS, but other states within the parameter of NYS. NJ, VT. etc.
p.s. My audience are not for those who may have, unfortunate physical problems, BUT then again maybe yes. They would have to see the site to see if anything I offer is within their realm. There are lot of things for those seniors who are homebound. Chair dancing? Google it. You'd be surprise of all the things we seniors can do. The 50's is the 40 and the 60 is the 50 and the 70 is the 60 - Go figure. We do act much younger in this new generation. Just take a look around on the streets, the malls at seniors. Their fashion has changed from old lady dresses to up-to-date dresses. Not mini's. But with a flair.

I've been taking surveys about the site with many unknown seniors to me and they love the idea. They love the name. They love the LOGO.

Thanks. I actually knew what "spunky" means.

So do we get to see the website?

If everything is working, why the need for a tagline? What do you want the tagline to do?

How do people find you and the website?

What's in this for you? Do you plan to make money with this venture, or is it mostly to keep busy with something about which you care?

You say "I've been taking surveys about the site with many unknown seniors to me and they love the idea. They love the name. They love the LOGO."

you might have shared that, it would have helped us a lot. Anyway, I do hope that our input suggested avenues for you to pursue. Have fun and make sure you keep on being spunky! It is always a pleasure to meet active seniors, they are a real inspiration to the younger generations who think they are so cool.
