    Are your products reliable (= evidence of them being so) can you offer a guarantee (= buy with the confidence of being able to send them back for a full no-quibble refund) and are your products the quality your customers want (= are they happy with what they get?).

    What is the name of the company? Who is the target audience? Where? What is the unique benefit you provide that sets you apart from competition?
