I Need A New Brand Name

We have been developing a new software which is a mix of CRM and a help desk, and we need a new brand name for the software, any help?

    Whatever you choose do check this through with your customers. They are the ones buying, not us.

    So how about

    Have you been selling other software products? If so, what are their names?
    Who would be using this software? Why?
    What are your competitor's names?
