Tagline For An Annual Travel Conference

We are a non profit association and hold an annual conference for corporate travel managers. The focus of the conference is education and collaboration with peers.

This year the conference is being held in Henderson, NV and we are trying to downplay the Vegas theme (due to corporate perception of Vegas by some of our members).

We have used the following in the past:
Learn more by the seashore (held in Florida)
Join your Cajun Crew (New Orleans)
Looking up, looking ahead (Chicago)

I'd like to utilized a tagline that somehow combines strategy and luck. I, however, do not have a creative gene in my body! Any suggestions?

    To me Nevada is always hot - friends in Reno tell me it isn't always, but that doesn't stop me imagining it so.

    Mentoring Managers and Making Memories
    or Rock Your World (a play on the rock climbing in the area)
