Real Estate Developer Company

We are a real estate developer company. Want to re-brand the company, so that its beneficial with Income tax returns and other legal matters as well.

We purchase land, develop it on different sectors - Commercial, Residential and Plotting schemes. In plotting schemes we only provide Club House with all different amenities and their definite size plots with A+ quality development.

Please suggest a good brand name with a eye-catching tagline.

    For a really good tagline we need to know why your customers choose your company and not anybody else in this tightly fought over market. What is the one thing you do that makes you stand out? What is the one thing you can supply by way of quality that nobody else can?

    Anybody can be cheaper or faster, and this doesn't motivate your best customers - and they are the ones that come back time and time again.

    Our Clients/Investors choose our company because we give definite and more growth than any other in the market. We sell to the investors at low price ( we make less profit and make them earn more). That is the reason, our cashflow is fast and turnover is good rather than keeping properties or plots or shops or flats with us for a long period of time. We sell in very quick time and that makes us stand out in the market. We have monopoly brokers, give them high brokerage (so instead of selling properties of other real estate developer, they give us first preference).
