...and what can you tell us about the new boutique? Where is it? Who specifically will likely shop there? Why? Online and/or brick-and-mortar?

Your tagline needs to connect to your customers. It needs to tell them about you and why they should choose you in a densely packed marketplace. Your tagline needs to encapsulate all the direction and thrust of your website. Because the days of setting up a website and getting sales are long past. You have to be active, and that means working with your potential clients and their needs.

So if you can give us a few ideas as to why they should buy from you and not one of a hundred others, that is the key we can work with.

You already say everything in your name (except that you're online). Based on your input so far, your tagline could only state that you are "online". We have nothing more to go on.
